Hardware Return Policy
Equipment purchased directly from Aerospace Audio is eligible for returns within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be in like-new condition and with all of the original packaging and accessories. Please note that returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is not refunded. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after the item has been received and examined. Please be aware that should signs of damage or wear be present, additional charges may apply or the return denied and the item shipped back to the customer.

Warranty
Aerospace Audio warrants hardware products to be free from physical defects in material and craftsmanship for a one year period from the ship date. Should you discover a defect covered under warranty, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. Warranty is non-transferable. A proof of purchase and order details will be necessary to proceed with warranty services.
This warranty only covers manufacturing defects that occur under correct operation of the device. It is limited to defects in materials or craftsmanship and does not cover damage caused by unauthorized modification, failed DIY repairs, abuse, incorrect powering, lightning / power surge damage. The warranty does not cover the normal wear and tear of hardware elements.Note that the turnaround time is subject to the type of repair and staff bandwidth at the time of contact. In most cases, the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks; but a timeframe is not guaranteed.

Shipping Policy
Aerospace Audio is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Packages will be shipped to the address as it is provided at checkout. Once a package is shipped, it is the carrier's responsibility to deliver it; and your responsibility to monitor tracking info and be ready to receive it.
If your package is marked delivered or missing, you'll need to contact the relevant carrier for support.
Steps you can take to prevent stolen or missing packages:
- Double check your shipping address details for accuracy at checkout.
- Update delivery preferences and sign up for additional notifications with all major carriers.
- Regularly check email for tracking info and monitor its progress.
- Send an email to contact@aerospaceaudio.com before placing an order if you require specific shipping preferences (ie. signature confirmation, extended package insurance, preferred carrier, etc).
Digital Download Return Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, there are no returns for digital products (ie. AeroPads, soundpacks, etc).
